Shipping Policy

  • We offer a flat-rate fee of $4 for tracked local courier and $6-10 for delivery of gift sets (dependent on volumetric weight).
  • Shipping fee waiver is applicable only for ala-carte items and not for gift sets. Should the promo code be incorrectly entered at check-out, hello.little.chompers reserves the right to replace any item in the gift set with another item of lower value to make up for the omitted shipping cost.
  • All regular orders will take 2-3 business days to process; upon dispatch, your parcel will take an additional 1-3 business days to reach you. In any event of incomplete/ incorrect address, customers will be liable for re-delivery cost.
  • Delivery of gift sets is done once a week to reduce our carbon footprint.
  • Please contact us should you wish to ship to an international address and we can make the necessary arrangements.

 

Packaging Policy

  • hello.little.chompers is proud to be part of the Zero Waste Packaging Initiative, which is a ground-up movement started to encourage businesses to adopt a circular packaging system, provide support and recognize businesses who reduce their waste through those means.
  • Minimal new or single-use packaging material is used in the packing of our orders. Some materials we rescue and re-use include bubble wrap, packing peanuts and kraft paper. 
  • FRIGG pacifiers sold in single pieces may be packed together if you purchase more than one. Please let us know if you would like them to be packed individually.
  • Our gift sets are lined with shredded recycled magazine paper or recycled kraft paper. We also re-use clean/ rescued paper bags for the delivery of these gift boxes.


Refund/ Exchange Policy

  • All transactions are final upon payment. We typically do not offer any refunds or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
  • Minor differences in specifications e.g. product color due to photo lighting may be expected due to the nature of our products. 
  • As wood is a natural product, slight variations are expected in terms of texture and grain designs for wooden products.
  • Should you receive an incorrect/ or defective item, please contact us within 5 days from ship out date - discussion and consideration for refund/ exchange will be conducted on case-by-case basis. All decisions made by hello.little.chompers are final.

 

Usage Advice

  • Adult supervision is advised when using all products.
  • Only clean our products with warm soap and water, leave to air dry. Only silicone teethers can be UV/ steam sterilized. 
  • Do inspect your products frequently. Discontinue use and discard them if any damage such as cracks and/or signs of wear and tear are evident.
  • hello.little.chompers is not liable should there be any mishaps caused during product usage.
